Practical Instructor Refresher Course v1.21(A)


Description
Holders of the Practical Instructor endorsements are authorized to provide On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) or Synthetic Training Device Instructor (STDI) practical training and supervision during initial training, unit training, and continuation training.

The Lektor Practical Instructor Refresher course is designed for experienced ATC instructors to prevent erosion of their knowledge and skills, and to reinforce the motivation and instructional techniques required in their work as instructors. The course structure covers objectives applicable to OJTI as well as STDI training.

Lektor is an (EU) 2015/340 certified Air Traffic Controllers Training Organization, provider of practical instructor training.

AVERAGE DURATION: 2 days.

CERTIFICATES:
-Successful course completion and course assessment report.
-Successful competence assessment and competence assessment report. (For renewal only)
